Retro gift bags

So this month was my birthday. I celebrated by having a retro themed coustume party. I made these treat bags with the CRICUT using the SUBURBIA and CARDS, BAGS, TAGS and MORE 2 cartridges. I added detailing to them by poping them image up with foam dots and dementional magic on the hair and martini glass for texture. I was very pleased with the results. 

Inaugural post

For my inaugural post I wanted to share the birthday cake I made for my daughter for her fourth birthday. The theme was "Minnie's Bowtique". It was so much fun creating this cake. The cake is a vanilla funfetti with buttercream filling. It was covered in fondant and the decorations were a combination of fondant and gum paste ( those Wilton method courses came in handy).
